Please reach us at swaggmidwest@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes! Swagg has traveled for performances in California, Florida, New York... we even had something lined up in the Caribbean but the pandemic ruined the gig for us. Swagg is a business that provides a livelihood to its members, so as long as we can plan the logistics and the budget, we will be there!
Our job is to transform a gathering of people into a dance party, so we choose songs that appeal to a wide audience. The interesting thing about a band is that how we play a song is often more effective than what song it is. As a performance unfolds, songs transition and flow, and we shape the energy as we go. If you have a suggestion for a song that you think we ought to play, feel free to send us a message!
We like to be a one-stop shop for our clients, and we play a lot of weddings and private parties, so we have developed a range of services over the years. Besides the band performance, we can provide a large variety of musical services, and many logistical services as well, such as uplighting, staging, sound equipment, etc. Chances are, if you have a question, we have a Swagg Solution®
We make up answers to this all the time. The truth is that Swagg was named at a time when the word was a bubbling piece of slang. Then it became a really popular word among 14 year-olds. Then, it became cringe and awkward. Then, it cooled down and was avoided. Now, the word "Swagg" seems to be more-or-less accepted. We rode the name through some choppy waters and survived. In Swagg we trust.
But, if you thought of a new "backronym," please share it with us.
